When you purchase a Cappadocia hot air balloon tour or our other Cappadocia day tours or Cappadocia tours package you will be legally bound by mentioned terms and conditions as below.
Please do not purchase any of our listed balloon tours, day tours in Cappadocia and package tours in Cappadocia until you have read carefully, understood and accepted our all terms and conditions.
When you confirm for your hot air balloon flight, Cappadocia Day Tours or Cappadocia Package Tours, you will be accepting these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between ALL CAPPADOCIA BALLOON TOURS and yourself.
The person who books balloon tours or other our Cappadocia tours will be considered as a group leader and accepts our terms and conditions for and on behalf of all the persons named on the booking form.
All the information given on our website is based on the latest information available. Also, all prices shown on the website are current at the time of putting the website online. We reserve the right to change any of the prices, itineraries, facilities, services, or vehicles described here without being liable for any compensation or refund.Confirmation Policy.
Payments
Any of our listed Tours such as Hot Air Balloon Tour, Cappadocia Day Tour or Cappadocia Package Tours Bookings can only be confirmed when the deposit or the full payment has been completed and received by our company. The deposit payment could vary depending according to the booked tour from 25% to 50%.
Refund Policy
Clients who wish to cancel one of their tours for any reason are subject to the following cancellation fees:
30 days or more notice for Tours, our company will accept cancellation. If you have paid deposit only, there will be no refund. If you have done full payment, 75% of the total payment will be refunded.
Cancellation notice for any tour bookings 10 days or less before the tour date, there is no any refunds.
Weather Cancellations / Delays
We highly recommend you to book your Balloon Ride in Cappadocia for your first available morning. In case the weather does not allow, Balloon Flight will be canceled and you will be able to join on next day if you have.
If you are not going to stay longer in Cappadocia and you are not able to join following day, your full paid amount will be refunded.
Insurances
Prices cover insurances for only hot air balloon flights in Cappadocia. On other Cappadocia Tours’ prices do not cover insurances for clients unless stated explicitly. Therefore, clients are highly suggested to make their own insurance for theft, baggage loss/damage, health (sickness & accidents), cancellations. Our Company is not responsible for any cost or expense arising therefrom, in case of these events during the trip. We are not liable for any refund.
The responsibility of ALL CAPPADOCIA BALLOON TOURS and/or its agents is limited.
ALL CAPPADOCIA BALLOON TOURS can accept no responsibilities for any change in schedule or delay, breakdown in machinery or equipment, theft, strikes, baggage loss/damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with hotel accommodation, baggage handling, food, terrorist activities (threatened or actual) or war, weather conditions or any matter related here too. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the client.
We reserve the right to change any part of the itinerary or the carrier utilized, or the hotel accommodations utilized, or any other at any time. The prices advertised on our website, are subject to change due to price increases of gasoline price and similar causes. In such case, we require an additional coast for the trip reflecting such increase from each passenger.
If machinery or equipment breakdown, ALL CAPPADOCIA BALLOON TOURS and/or its agents have got 24 hours to resolve these problems by repairing or by replacing with another. No refund of any kind will be made.
Clients must bring the complaints to the attention of ALL CAPPADOCIA BALLOON TOURS head office in Istanbul during the day Tours or package tours in the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction. So that ALL CAPPADOCIA BALLOON TOURS can take immediate action to remedy the problem. Complaints made afterward are not accepted.
Your agent’s responsibility is to advise CAPPADOCIA HOT AIR BALLOON for any kind of special requirements you may have and to communicate to you any changes or alterations advised to your agent by ALL CAPPADOCIA BALLOON TOURS.
No refund can be made if a client(s) fails to join one of our tours or joins it after departure, or leaves it prior to tour completion.
The pieces of information stated on this website are correct to the best of our belief, but ALL CAPPADOCIA BALLOON TOURS accept no liability for any inaccuracies contained herein.
